2008 MTS Wrestling Trailer Pull Workout

This is a video of our trailer pull workout. This is a very tough workout in which we attach a rope to a small flatbed trailer and pull it with our arms for back, bicep, and forearm work. We also put the rope around our waist and do sprints pulling the trailer. To add resistance wrestlers sit on the trailer. |
